We had a great day today at sports day. 🙂

Congratulations to our Camogie team on their fantastic win against Scoil Santain! This brilliant victory has secured a place in the final in Croke Park. The girls showed great teamwork, determination, and skill throughout the match. There is a wonderful spirit within the team, and their hard work is truly paying off.
Well done, girls — best of luck in the final!

Congratulations to our camogie team on a fantastic win against Loreto Crumlin! This victory has secured us a place in the semi-final, which will take place on Wednesday, 27th May.

A huge well done to our girls’ soccer team on their fantastic 6–1 victory over Loreto Crumlin! The hard work and dedication are really shining through, with the team going from strength to strength each week. It’s especially great to see the growing camaraderie and support among the girls, both on and off the pitch—this team spirit is making all the difference. Keep it up, girls!

It was a great afternoon at the 8 Acres for our camogie team. It was fantastic to see so many girls taking part and getting involved in the game.

The team performed really well, playing strongly together and showing excellent teamwork throughout. We were delighted to come away with a 2-6 to 0-6 win. The girls represented the school brilliantly and should be very proud of their performance

• In the West wing the cells were very dark and our tour guide said at least five people would be in one cell because when the famine happened everybody went to jail so they could get food.  –Amelia
• I noticed that there had to be children in the prison for what their parents did which made me think about the wars where children were getting killed because of the wars and all. –  Ava
• The part of the tour that stayed in my mind the most was when the guide told us about the stonebreakers yard. – Bobby
• One famous person I learned about was Joseph Plunkett , who was sent here because he was a leader in a citizen army – Declan

Hotdog day was a huge success and very tasty. Funds raised will be used purchasing tools and supplies for our school garden
